Fire Guard A 565

Fire Guard A 565 is a plastic water-based acrylic sealant.

Used in conjunction with passive fire protection of linear joints around windows, doors, light walls, floors and ceilings.

For some joint constructions, joints consisting of Fire Guard A 565 can achieve fire classification EI 300 min.

Fire Guard A 565 expands when heated and thus effectively seals against smoke, gas and fire.

Fire Guard A 565 does not contain organic solvents, phthalates, halogens or asbestos.

Fire Guard A 565 is tested according to EN 1366-4: 2010, linear joint sealing.

The product is a declared item in the Supply Chain Declaration Portal (SCDP) for New Buildings generation 3 & 4.
