Fire Guard A+ 566

Fire Guard A+ 566 is a plastic water-based acrylic sealant.

Used in connection with passive fire protection of joints around pipe penetrations in walls and floor partitions.

For some joint constructions, joints consisting of Fire Guard A+ 566 can achieve fire classification EI 120 min.

Fire Guard A+ 566 expands when heated and therefore seals effectively against smoke, gas, and fire.

Fire Guard A+ 566 has been tested according to EN 1366-4:2010, linear joints.

Fire Guard A+ 566 is tested according to EN 1366-3: 2009 - fire penetrations.

The product is a declared item in the Supply Chain Declaration Portal (SCDP) for New Buildings generation 3 & 4.
