Dana Lim introduces new COO

We are pleased to introduce Kristina Heien as our new COO. She looks forward to making 2025 a year of growth, progress, and focus on creating a great workplace.

On December 1st, Kristina Heien assumed the role of COO at Dana Lim. She joins from her previous position as Production Manager at the German chemical giant BASF A/S’ department in Ballerup. There, she was responsible for the production of microencapsulated vitamins for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

For Kristina Heien, joining a company with such strong traditions as Dana Lim was a natural step in her professional development.

"I am very happy to have joined Dana Lim. With my experience in development and production, it felt completely natural to accept a challenge that allows me to apply my skills and expertise at a more strategic level," she says, elaborating that everything felt right from the start:

"After my initial conversations with Lars (Christensen, CEO of Dana Lim, ed.), I had a really good gut feeling. I could sense that the chemistry was right and that there was a solid foundation for strong collaboration, so it was an easy decision to accept the offer to join Dana Lim."

Building the foundation for a great workplace

The positive impression was mutual, and Lars Christensen looks forward to the collaboration:

With high expectations for a strong 2025, Kristina Heien reflects positively on her first period in the new role.
