New CFO to drive growth
On January 1 st , we introduced Christian Hwaiz Brask as our CFO. With extensive experience in financial management within manufacturing companies, he is ready to continue Dana Lim’s growth plans and take the next step in an already impressive career.
After 23 years as CFO at Dana Lim, Jørgen Bækgaard decided to retire at the turn of the year. His successor, 36-year-old Christian Hwaiz Brask, most recently spent five years at A. Espersen A/S, where he held positions such as Head of Group Finance and Head of Business Finance. Now, he brings this experience to Dana Lim.
"Over the past few years, I have developed expertise in financial management and digitalization, which I am excited to apply at Dana Lim. My time at A. Espersen A/S has given me a strong understanding of how manufacturing companies operate, knowledge that I will carry into my new role," says Christian Hwaiz Brask.

A strong foundation
Although the construction industry faced challenges in 2024, Dana Lim presented solid financial results in the autumn, results that CEO Lars Christensen described as "absolutely something to be satisfied with."
Dana Lim will continue this positive trajectory with Christian Hwaiz Brask at the financial helm:
"Christian is young, but he already has the experience and skills to build on a healthy company with strong growth ambitions like Dana Lim. He will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while bringing fresh perspectives on digitalization and data utilization to support the business," emphasizes Lars Christensen.
